When I select multiple parts and open the MIDI editor, I can select all the notes and edit the length, position and transposition for all parts.
If try to edit velocity or CCs the changes only apply to the top layer. How can edit velocity and CC on all the selected layers at once?

You cannot edit multiple CCs (or the same CC for multiple tracks) at once. This request appears here tome to time.
Am I taking crazy pills or doesn’t that seem like an obvious feature that should exist?
If you have multiple parts you would like to apply a CC curve to, isn’t it the raison d’etre of a computer to reduce your workload?
