Will it be possible to attach an object to a multirest without splitting the multirest? This has been driving me crazy in Sibelius for years.
We haven’t implemented multi-bar rests yet, though we do plan to include them before the initial release (instrumental parts won’t be much use without them).
Dorico’s fundamentally different approach to the representation of the music and the semantic location of different bits of musical information should mean that these kinds of problems have been designed out at the outset.
