My Cubase 14 has dissapeared from my account

I need to install my cubase 14 on a second computer. It does not show in “My Products” and has dissapeared from my account. What ha shappened?

I should add that I purchased Cubase 13 at that time and qualified for the free upgrade to 14. I upgraded to 14 and have been using it ever since.

Are you sure you are logged in with the correct account?

This usually happens if you have two accounts with Steinberg and you have switched between them

Are you sure you’re logged in with correct details….how about in MySteinberg online….is it there??

And if you’re installing to a second computer does this mean you still have access to the first computer….you can obviously check there if you have the right account assuming Cubase is working on that machine.

Well….first of all….your wording is unclear. Go to steinberg dot net, log in to your account and read off the column of purchased software.

What do you see on that list?

I deffenitly dont have two accounts. Cubase 13 shows, which is my last purchase. Iqualified to ugrade to 14 after installing 13 so I upgraded. But 14 does not show in my account.

My Products shjows my last purchase as Cubase 13. When I installed 13 I qualified to upgrade to 14 so I did so. But 14 does not show in my products.

In “my Steinberg account”, and in “Download Assistant”, only Cubase 13 Shows. When I installed 13 originally, I qualified to upgrade to 14 which I did. I now have a clean install on my workstation after a windows error, and I need to reinstall Cubase 14.

If you had a grace period update to 14 and your license is showing as 13 then you’ll need to contact support, I don’t think anyone here can help with that.

If you look at the date you registered 13 to your device in MySteinberg that might confirm whether it was in a grace period that should have given you 14. (Assuming that was it’s first activation)

Your account at steinberg dot net is pretty much the complete sum total explanation of “what you really own”.

As mentioned, you’ll want to contact Steinberg support for questions regarding that.

Thanks for your response. I upgraded to 14 at theat tine in June 2014 and have been using 14 up until my crash now. Now I hev a clean install and 14 does not show in my account. I have contacted the Steinberg agent in my country and they have all the documentation on my upgrade and are also confused as to why it does not appear in my account. They are contacting Steinberg for me so I wait to heare from them.
