I bought a EVO4 interface. After installing the Cubasis le 3 on my iPad, it doesn’t recognize my EVO4 interface. I saw in a video that when my EVO4 interface is connected to Cubasis, it should appear in the “latency” box, but it doesn’t.
Thank you

Hi @reza.abaee,
Thanks for your message and a warm welcome to the Cubasis forum!
I saw in a video that when my EVO4 interface is connected to Cubasis, it should appear in the “latency” box, but it doesn’t.
There is an easy explanation:
Audient produced their EVO clip about 2 years ago, while we’ve changed the Latency feature in-between.
Nevertheless your EVO4 should work fine with Cubasis once properly connected. A good indicator are the lights around the volume knob of the EVO4, that lit up once the device is connected and recognised…
Did it work to unlock Cubasis LE from demo mode, via conneting the EVO4 to the iPad?
Best,
Lars
I have the same issue with my Evo 4. Microphone is switched to “on” in settings for my iPad, yet Cubasis 3 LE will not permit unlocking at all. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. The Evo 4 is connected as all lights work etc.
Hi @Edward_Neaher,
Thanks for your message and a warm welcome to the Cubasis forum.
I gave the Cubasis LE unlock a short check, using the EVO4 alongside with the iPad Mini 6 where things worked as expected (see clip below).
If the problem persists, I’d suggest getting in touch with our friends at Audient.
Please keep me updated.
Best,
Lars
