My custom Profile forgot all my key commands and settings - BUG?

Dear Cubase Team,

I had an issue with Cubase’s Profile Manager and Key Commands multiple times,
the issue is this:

I created my own key commands long time ago,
and I exported them too,
so for ex. in case if I have to install Windows and then install Cubase again,
then I won’t have to set my custom key commands again,
but I can just import my own custom Profile into Cubase’s Profile manager,
restart Cubase,
and then it would (should(!)) work,
but unfortunately this isn’t what’s happening.

What’s happening is that
Cubase (at a totally random times) when I start it up,
it forgets all my key commands,
even though in the Profile Manager it shows that my own custom Profile is selected and active.

Even after I re-import my custom Profile with my ownd custom key commands,
even then Cubase still acts as if the “default” Cubase Profile is selected and activated,
but it still shows me that my own custom Profile is selected and activated,
but non of my key commands work,
every key command went back to default.

How to solve this bug(?) ?

Unfortunatelly I can’t really re-create this bug and record it to video,
because this happens totally random times, it happens sometimes after 1 month usage,
before that it happend about 2 or 3 month usage, and before that it happend about 2 more time a few months apart.

I have no idea how can I re-import my custom Profile with my custom key commands that’s also working (and not just showing me it’s activated but after then still not working).

Please help, thank you so much!

Some info you might need:

Cubase version:
Cubase Pro 10.0.60 Build 396 (Built on Feb 25 2020)

Operation System:
Windows 8.1, 64-bit + latest Windows 8.1 updates

Thank You so much again,
I hope we can solve this issue efficiently,
I’m stuck in a middle of a project without my working custom key commands (a lot(!) of key commands).
Losing our key commands is about the same as losing a significant amount of work/time.
