My korg microkey 25 not showing up in cubase 11 with window 10

Hi,
I am trying to connect my korg microkey 25 to cubase 11 but its not showing up in studio setup. Its with window’s 10. I am using other midi’s (arturia keylab 25 . Atom pad, and yamaha e373 ) they all working fine but not the microkey.

i did install yesterday but not working still

Can you see the device on the system level?

its showing on number 10 port… but in device manager i cant see it

Its working now… i just delete the korg drivers …
