My licenses are not there

Hi,

I got Cubase AI bundled with the steinberg audio interface that also came with an upgrade to Artist 9
Upgraded that to Artist 9
Upgraded that to Artist 9.5
then the cubase pro 10 upgrade.

i uninstalled 9.5 Artist
when i put the code in i got for pro 10 it says there are no licenses that I can use.

What gives!?

Nevermid I bought the upgrade from 9.5 pro whi i never had whoops.
