Everytime I select the ‘Project Syncronisation setup’ window,I can’t reach the ok button with my mouse becasue the window is too big. How do I get around this problem?

can you not drag the window to move it… if thats no help then probably OK is the default action if you hit enter… if not then use the tab button on the keyboord however many times to get it the active on ( may need a bit of trial and error)
also I question is your basic windows screen resolution correct recommended for your monitor and zoom settings to 100% ??
