My new installed Cubase AI 10 not starting

Hi,

I am new, here, on this forum.

I’ve recently paid for a Cubase AI 10 upgrade license. I’ve downloaded Cubase AI 10 and installed on the computer. To my surprise, whenever I try to start the new Cubase nothing happens. Even the splash screen doesn’t show. Interestingly enough, I have my old Cubase AI 6 which still runs fine. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it still works perfectly fine.

What can I do to solve this problem?

My computer is running Windows 8.1

That might be a graphic card issue. What graphic card do you use? Make sure you have the latest update of the driver installed, please.
