Hi everyone, I had to reactivate my Cubase Elements 10.5 because I had to reinstall Windows, I already had to do this several times, but the problem now is that when I enter My Steinberg to reactivate, there is no pre-installed software that I can re activate, it is very weird and when I put my activation number it tells me that it is obsolete, already and tried everything with clean installations latest versions of elicenser but I don’t know what to do anymore, I don’t know if someone has happened and knows how to fix it, thank you, Thanks

Most probably, you didn’t register your last Soft-eLicenser to your MySteinberg account.
Get in contact with your local Steinberg support and provide your Download Access Code, please. They will be able to find the Soft-eLicenser number and register it to your MySteinberg account. Then you can reactivate.
