anyone else having problems logging into MySteinberg?
I ordered a new password and it STILL won’t work?
now I have to send ALL of my info to them to prove I’m who I am and it’s Steinbergs system that is screwed up…
Anybody else?

It works for me. Make sure you’re copying and pasting the new password from the email they sent you correctly. You can paste it into some text editor to check if you’re not accidentally copying any extra spaces.
