My UR22C has a ''driver error'' and is not getting picked up by Cubase

I’m very new to all this,I’ve never used a DAW or an audio interface before.I’m pretty sure it’s plugged in correctly.I’d appreciate any kind of help.Have a good rest of your day

Update.I downloaded the Yamaha Steinberg Drivers but my device doesn’t show up.I’ve tried plugging in multiple times and in different ports.
