Fonts: This is a feature that I still miss from Windows 7. However, I rather think that setting the font size and type would require a complete overhaul and re-coding of the interface. Windows have to be designed with this from the ground up, as everything in the window has to be resized around the text - text boxes, lists, you name it.
It would be nice. Staring at the screen for hours can be hard on the eyes.
