Is MySteinberg down for anybody else? I’ve tried two browsers on two different machines and just get stuck in a loop that won’t let me log in.

Earlier today I logged in OK to register a new eLicenser but now I have to do one more.

There also doesn’t seem to be a way to contact support or submit a ticket unless you’re logged in.

Thanks for the report. It must somehow just be something with my account or maybe certain types of accounts. I still log in with the User Name and not email address.

When I press the button to log in, the login page just reloads again over and over.

The issue was solved by triggering a password reset.
