I get a lot of instant crashes with spectra layers in N12. For example: i have a stereo recording that i have added to spectra layers as an event. When I do a split channel, N12 instantly dissapears on pressing ok in the split channels window. I’m avoiding SL from now on for real work scenarios… but it’s a real shame.
Maybe try splitting the channel first, then putting on the Spectralayers.
Its really, REALLY buggy for me in Nuendo 12. It’s crashing my projects nearly every time I try to use it.
I have better luck working directly on the audio clips like we used to have to do, but I’ve never NOT had a crash trying to use it on a track with the new track-level feature introduced in 12.
This is Spectralayers Pro 8.
