N13.0.20 Bug - Tool modifier randomly not working

Hi!

I’ve been getting this strange behavior where the ALT tool modifier for Selection tool randomly starts modifying it to RANGE tool, instead of split event.
If I select an event it then starts working fine for a while, until something triggers the behavior again.
I use combi tools.
Is someone else getting this? Is there a fix?

This is making me crazy!

Ok, found the trigger: having a range selected anywhere.

I think if I’m using the combi tool, I want full selection behavior when in lower track zone and full range behavior when in the upper part, right?

Can someone confirm this is a bug, and not expected behavior?
