N14 won't start after installing iLok license manager

So I had unpleasant surprise this evening. After installing iLok License Manager on my new computer so I could activate Krotos Reformer Pro, N14 simply won’t start.

I tried deactivating third party plugins and it starts normally… Uninstalled Reformer Pro to no avail. Only after I uninstalled the iLok License Manager it started normally (!?)

Win 11 Pro, 64bit

Apparently, there’s an issue with iLok License Manager and new Ryzen 9000 technology. Even after I updated my BIOS to latest version it still crashes during startup… If anybody knows the solution, I’d be forever grateful.
