Not seeing that here (Windows 11). What are your event display settings in Preferences? Are you using the latest driver for your graphics card? What graphics card are you using?

I toggled to the default display preferences with no change. However, changing UI Scaling also affects where the text is displayed. It’s also affecting the Ruler, so it doesn’t seem to be exclusive to the Event Display.
I am running 3 monitors if that matters: 2x 1440p and 1x 4k from a 4090. NV 610.47 (But I’ve updated my drivers a few times since N15 Launched with no change from the driver).
Also, this is not an issue in N14.0.41 on the same computer with the same Preferences.
Based on that info I’d guess some kind of graphical incompatibility is at play with this. I don’t know what that might be though!
I tried a single monitor at 1920x1080 and it still does the same thing.
