I purchased a new keyboard that came with Cubase AI, however the activation code (Download Code) said it had already been used. Please let me know what information is needed so I can get Cubase running.

I can’t thank you enough for your help. I’ve followed this FAQ. Since my original authorization code did not work, I am unable to reactivate. Do you have any other suggestions?
I guess, if you can’t return the software then you probably need to submit a support ticket to Steinberg explaining the situation. Or, go back to the place where you purchased the keyboard and tell them they gave you a preused software. I bet the keyboard was probably a returned item too. So if you thought you were purchasing a new one, then, I think you have a good case here to get the software replaced and maybe even some money back for purchasing a returned keyboard. Regardless, hopefully one of them will assist. Good luck!
