it is for cubase 5 with serial 0240 7CZ etc
I suggest that you create a new mySteinberg account with your new email then submit a support request through that.
Also, suggest that you delete your double post for this same question.

So, I have deleted your duplicated thread, I will highly recommend you not to post your email address like that unless you want to receive excessive amounts of spam email 
In case you ever need to post an email address on a public post you should do it like: info(at)something.web (for example)
As Prock just mentioned; log-in to your new MySteinberg account and request that your product is transfer to your new account. Send them either your license number or your old email address.
