Need help with eLicenser shutdown voucher for Cubase 9 AI/LE (Ticket #782376)

Hello,

I am trying to activate my registered Cubase 9 AI/LE license, but I cannot do so because the eLicenser servers are down.

I checked my MySteinberg account under “Vouchers,” but I only see vouchers for WaveLab. The automated voucher for Cubase was never generated for me.

I have already submitted a formal support ticket about this. My ticket number is #782376

Could a Steinberg moderator please look into this and help me get the updated Steinberg Licensing code? I would really appreciate the help so I can get back to making music.

Welcome. There’s no voucher for this but you can get a license.
