Need to reload preset RAST-A each time after new startup project

Maybe someone can help.

I have a project with the VST instrument RAST-A. Very nice and fat synth from Steinberg shop a few years ago.

I’m using the preset ‘Giant-leap’. Loaded in Halion Se or Halion 7, no difference.

I made a very low saw bass line. Save the project and close.

when opening again, some of the notes don’t sound. Also when playing midi remote controller (arturia MKII) some keys don’t produce sound. when pressing multiple times suddenly sound is on and off. Pressing for example mor notes in a row, only the 1 and 2 give sound, 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 don’t…

Reloading the preset gives normal behavior.

Is there a setting I’m missing?

Hi ru.pass,

I don’t think it is a setting you’re missing. There is something else going on. I recommend contacting our support department. Attach the project-file to your ticket, so they can check it and have a look.

Hi Jan, Thanks. I just made a ticket for support.

When opening the project today from the hub, cubase stopped. So i alsoattached a crashdump and projectfile to the support request.
