Negative Latency? Cubase recording ahead of the beat

Tracking into Cubase 12 Pro, using an Apollo Twin USB interface, audio records about 1/32 ahead of the beat. Doesn’t happen with midi. See screenshot below. (Starting at measure 2. Grid at 1/16. Tracks are not aligned but…you get it.)

I’ve reinstalled Cubase and applied the latest Apollo software update (although that seems to be mostly about plugins.)

Any help much appreciated.

I noticed you have Record Shift set to 2000 Samples in your Studio Setup.

In my setup I have left it at 0 Samples

Might that be the difference?

Was about to mention it. I have The Record Shift at 0 samples also.

Thanks Nico5 and Lost_Notes. I don’t know how that value changed. Must’ve been leaning on the keyboard! Appreciate the help.
