Has anyone used a Nektar Panorama CS12 to control Wavelab 13? Is there a remote control script built and how/where do you install it? I see the CS12 in the remote controller choice box in the preferences however it does not attach the CS12 to work within Wavelab.
Yes, that’s a pitty in my opinion. I also like to connect WaveLab to several external midi controllers. There is of course a function in WaveLab for doing this, but is not working that well, so useless for most/a lot of controllers.
I was really hoping that WaveLab would take over Steinbergs Midi Remote from Cubase/Nuendo. That is just the best possible way to connect everything you want. Midi Remote is just perfect, and unique.
Let’s hope in a next WaveLab update? Or is the architecture of WL too different to implement Midi Remote?
Yes it would be nice and has been asked for multiple times in the past. Something seems to be keeping WL from implementing it.
