I did not, thankfully! Many were pulled from The Hymnal 1982 and similar. I did do all the chord symbols.

Page size 6x9 inches, margins 30 pts all around, but shifted away from the spine 6 pts to account for the gutter. Staff size 16.5 pts, lyrics 9.8 pts. Would love to hear more about the project you’re working on.
