New audio track created with different tempo

No matter what I do with the musical or linear time base my midi and Audio tracks already in my project get moved around if I change the tempo to accommodate an audio track with a different tempo. There has to be a bug in this latest version .21

This is what I’m trying to accomplish:

My project tempo is at 120. I need to insert an Live audio Chorus harmony track that is being recorded a 72 by my Yamaha Genos if I change the 120 to 72 for the tempo all of my other tracks in my project move around. What is the solution having the latest cubase 15 pro update .21 this did not happen with the the .20 update Below is my transport settings.

It would be useful to see the Track Inspector for both tracks that are behaving as expected and those that are misbehaving. And also the Pool showing the Audio in question.

Also can you describe step-by-step how you are recording the 72bpm audio.

The Yamaha Genos has my piano base and drum mid file at 72 bpm and is being triggered by CB 15 Pro and I could monitor its sound while the song mini file was running this allows me to sing in my microphone that is plugged into my Yamaha Genos to create the harmonies on the live at CB 15 Pro the default tempo is 120 but when I change it to 72 which runs the song media file properly, all of my tracks in the project move around I did not have this issue prior to this latest update in CB 15 Pro this may sound like a strange workflow but this is what we use in my studio

I really need to change my order in my workflow because I do use a chorus with harmonies from time to time so what I need to do is to respect the BPM of the chorus to be recorded live and injected onto an audio track using Cubase 15 Pro

So in essence there is no need for me to start out with the 120 default and start out with the Audio track BPM of the chorus to be recorded live in this way I will never have a problem with the other tracks in the project to be built based on that workflow
