New Firmware & TOOLS for UR44, UR28M and UR824 version 2.11

If everything is running fine, an update is not necessary as this time the firmware update was a very specific one. In addition, there is no TOOLS version that requires the latest firmware at the moment.

I wish I had known this before I attempted to update to 2.11
