Hi, I installed on my laptop Cub elements 9.5 in order to try before buy.
All ok and it works fine.
Today I download via Download assistant the full version after buy a license. I unistall the expired version but the new installation crash !!!
I re-download but I have the same problem.
Can you help me ?

The uninstall/reinstallation was’t necessary. The installer is exactly the same. So if you still have Cubase Elements Trial installer, you can try to install from this (might be the retail installer becomes corrupted while download).
If it doesn’t help, share a crash dump file (vi Dropbox or similar), located in Documents/Steinberg/crash dumps, please.
