New Laptop-How to add stereo output on device control panel

Hello,
I have recently bought a new laptop and now when I try to play a piece of music, there is no stereo output?
Can someone show me how to do it please?

Hi Sam,
are you on Windows? And what driver do you have selected?
If you click on the Device Control Panel button in the Device Setup dialog a new little window normally appears. Can you post a screenshot of that one, please?

It’s working! I think it just needed time. I got my laptop today, so I’m not surprised. Sorry I was not able to reply to you sooner because I was in school, but thanks for your help anyway.
