I was using Cubase elements 7 on my old laptop that died , I bought a new laptop and CE7 will not upload onto it , So how do I download CE7 onto my new laptop first so I can activate it after ? I have music files that go back to 2012 that I need to access … please help. In case you do not have any USB-eLicensers available and want to download the license to a so-called “Soft-eLicenser”, please contact the software vendor of your product, to learn how to create a Soft-eLicenser on your computer system.
