new pc without discdrive. how to i reinstall

I had Cubase elements 7 on my old pc which had a disc drive.
I’m trying to reintall for months. contacted support many times and no help.

how do I reinstall my product without a disc drive? it is driving me nuts. I have tried everything. spent hours trying to figure this out. thanks…

You should find the full installer in your MySteinberg/Download. Or just download the Trial version. :wink:

I did the same thing and bought an external CD-Rom drive so I could re-install straight from disk. It only cost me £25 from PC-World.
