Thanks for the latest update.! @JuFa

Feature Request - can you please consider allowing the user to edit/choose where the Recorder files are stored on your PC.?

Also, maybe some flexibility in naming the files too - i.e. a checkbox to OMIT having the date/time stamp automatically as part of the filename.?

Thanks for listening.

Hey Puma!

Thanks for your suggestions. Yes the filepath-selection is a nice addition. This should be done.

Hmm how would you distinguish files in the folder without the date/timestamp? Just enumerate? What would you expect in the best case?

Hi Alex - thanks.!

In this case, we already have the ‘Name prefix’ box (maybe this should resort to just ‘Name’ if a checkbox is enabled by the user, to OMIT the date/timestamp.?) and thus I suggest responsibility here, is handed over completely to the user to decide for themselves. They could choose where to store and how exactly to name/order/distinguish recordings, before hitting that record button.!

I’m asking only that it be an option (to leave out the date/timestamp).

Does that all make sense.? Just a workflow idea…
