No guarantees, but here’s what I would do. Notice we are both on an X99 with a 5960X, UAD-2 and RME, so there is a lot of commonality.
I would go to Device Manager and completely remove every PCIe card you have, including checking the “Remove Drivers” box when the dialog comes up. Remove all of the cards, except GPU, physically from the sockets, noting which ones go where as you do. Then reinstall 1 at a time with a reboot in between each, starting with graphics first. Use all latest drivers.
May sound stupid, but in about 15-20 mins you might be good. Best to you on the solution!
