checked out Roman Empire. nice; very cinematic.
i have sonar 8.5 and never use it; too clunky. you’ll find cubase much slicker.

Cubase 6’s Logical layout is closer to the way I think, but the reason I switched was VST 3.x…
I have a motif xs rack and I wanted to fully utilize it…
ASIO is lot more stable in cubase 6, but the GUI still looks like it’s a generation behind… they are not utilizing windows 7 APIs for user interface.
I like the modular GUI of Sonar X1… but that’s about it…
