Steinberg has released new TOOLS for UR28M and UR824 version 2.0.1 for Windows.
The free update fixes some minor issues and ensures compatibility with Windows 8.1.

did you know if Cubase 7 and eLicencer are also 100% compatible with Windows 8.1 ?

Wrong forum but no, Cubase 7 isn’t officially compatible with Windows 8.1 so far.
