Ok so I am a complete newbie and I downloaded and installed Cubase. Then, I also downloaded and installed my eLicenser
but when I enter both the eLicenser and enter the key OR the MySteinberg page and select “Add software”, neither the eLicenser will proceed and add Cubase, NOE in the MySteinberg page, will register the product: it says “the product key is not active or unused”, that i need to activate Cubase…
I am at loss of solutions here, why won´t the eLicenser nor the Cubase registration center accept my product key??
