"news and tutorials" window disappeared

hello!
when i open the program in the “steinberg hub” window, from some reason the “news and tutorials” window disappeared and under the the title there’s nothing.

thank you for your help

Make sure any antivirus or firewall doesn’t block the communication with the Steinberg server, please.

I stopped the antivirus protection completely and still the window of “news and tutorials” does not show, have any other idea? thanks!

i update to version 10.0.50 and it solved the problem
