NI Komplete S88 MK 2 Midi input not recognized by Dorico 5

I have a NI Komplete S88 MK 2 keyboard. It is recognized and input can be recorded in Dorico 4. The green light blinks when keys are played.
In Dorico 5 the keyboard is recognized in the Play Preferences. When I turn it off, they go away and when I turn it on they reappear. I’ve tried all checkbox combinations of the 3 modules offered by the keyboard: Kontrol-In, Kontrol-in-EXT, Kontrol DAW, but no keys are recognized and no green status light. It makes no difference what track or what project I load.

Are you on Windows or Mac? If you’re on Windows, try going to the Advanced Options section of the Play page of Preferences and toggling the WinRT MIDI option.

Thanks Daniel, but no joy. That option was already selected. Here is a diagnostics file if it would be of any use.

In the audio engine log I see entries like:2023-05-26 17:33:09 : updateStreamingEnabled → connectEventInput: Arduino Leonardo [1], id => 6 StreamId => 1

So you see, Komplete does get recognized but the streaming disconnected. But I can’t tell why that is happening.
In Dorico, in the Preferences dialog - don’t know which tab - there is a box that shows all MIDI inputs and whether to use it or not. What does it show there with you?

Thanks Ulf. I see that it’s disconnecting other devices too. However, the Clavinova in particular continues to work.
On the other hand, the MK 2 now seems to be working again. So I will look for what the issue might be on my side. I have a couple of things to check out which I changed to try to get this working, but I don’t know what made it happen yet. My best guess is a Bluetooth device interfering with things, but I don’t know yet.
