Nice sounding vocals / kind of dulcet noise on it

Sometimes when I listen to (mostly newer) songs produced and released (especially - but not only - with female voices), I realize that there is some noise contained in it, which sound modern, but also kind of dulcet . The noice is not always there, it seems to level with the level of the singing articulations and level - it sounds natural (like someone with a VERY special voice) but also gives me the feeling that it is somewhat artificial (thinking "noone has such a voice - there was a sound engineer doing his/her magic).

My question is: how can this be achieved?
Is that pure EQ magic? Or dynamic EQ? Or frequency-dynamic compressor? Or some side-chained adding of a static noise track? A very good saturation plug-in/preset?

Anyone having experience with that?

Thanks for thoughts and opinions.

Please share a link to a Youtube Video or any other sound source that exemplifies what you mean. Otherwise it will be impossible to be on the same page!

OK, three examples (sorry, only have the spotify links present; I try to search for analog Youtube links in a minute).
Be aware, that:

  • what I mean is a subtle effect only
  • you need headphones or good speakers and silence
  • it’s better recognizable in the verses, where less other instruments are playing

Example 1: Tate McRae - She’s all I wanna be

Example 2: Jax Jones (et al) - Instruction

Example 3: Tiësto / Karol G - Don’t be shy

I can tell, that on my average PC speakers, I don’t hear that accurately.
