No Audio from Other Devices w/ Cubase Running

I am running Cubase Artist 9 on Windows 10.

When Cubase is running, I can no longer listen to the audio from other devices such as iTunes or the YouTube Cubase tutorial that is running on my browser.

How do I resolve this issue?

You did not report which audio driver you are using with Cubase and with Windows. If it is the same one, then try going into the Cubase>Devices>Device Setup>VST Audio System menu and choose the “Release Driver When Application is in Background” option.
