my cubase 10.5 has stopped loading audio at all today was working this morning now will not play any sound although otherwise seems to be working please can someone help this has left me in a real bind. If it can’t be fixed I want a refund I’ve spent a lot of money on something that doesn’t work and now have no music for my projects it’s a terrible situation. I’m begging anyone to help please

Does it load the file or not? Does it crash while loading? Or is the file loaded and you can’t hear it? Can you see the meters? What is your Audio Device? Is the right ASIO driver selected? What about your Audio Connections > Outputs (and or Control Room) setup?
