No automatic natural if before was a flat/sharp grace note

I know I can force the accidental to show by clicking on the question mark (on the Enharm.Shift bar), but I’d rather not do that. Would be nice if this would be fixed.

Yes I agree, the rule is that grace notes accidentals should be applied to all notes through the measure.

To be more precise, the problem occurs only if there is no note before the grace note in the measure.
