No automatic natural if before was a flat/sharp grace note

I know I can force the accidental to show by clicking on the question mark (on the Enharm.Shift bar), but I’d rather not do that. Would be nice if this would be fixed.
Thank you!

Yes I agree, the rule is that grace notes accidentals should be applied to all notes through the measure.
I will report that.
Thank you.

PS: it would be good to append “scoring” tag to score related topics.

I’ve narrowed down the problem a bit. Only grace notes located at the beginning of a measure are problematic.

grace note accidental at beginning of a measure

Sorry. I forgot.

Nice find!
To be more precise, the problem occurs only if there is no note before the grace note in the measure.

So in this case it is better to create a note at the beginning of the measure and hide it?

 Yes, I had considered this possibility but it does not work.

I don’t know what’s better, but I think it’s good to be aware of this limitation and use the Enharm.Shift bar as it is described here.

Keyboard commands can be created to speed up the workflow.

@Maestro, it’s as you said (which is also good to be aware of).
