No choice for “Create Empty Project” in 12.0.40

I may be losing my mind, but it seems that there’s no choice for “Create Empty Project” in 12.0.40.

Wrong! If you selected a project in Recent list, then the same button has changed title to “Open”. Deselect project with Ctrl+Click on the same project, or activate another tab and then back, so you will have button with title “Create Empty”.

Thanks, all!
I skipped a few steps and created an Empty Project in my templates.
I just don’t like the kids moving my tools around!
