So there is an issue:
No Counter attribute available
Checked in safe mode (with the default settings) too

Even if it’s quite obvious to you, providing a simple reproduction sequence makes quick work of confirming and reporting bugs, and helps getting it understood.
This one’s short-
- create new project
- open Export Mixdown Dialog (File>Export>Audio Mixdown…)
- click gear next to Name field
Observe that Counter attr. not present.
