Can you please add a default option for choosing color in PLE. This seems like an oversight.

Add the optional feature-request tag to your post, please.
You know I know you said optional but it doesn’t really feel optional. Maybe you should just make it not optional and update the guide you have for new forum members.
What do you mean?
The optional means it is your decision whether any or none of the available tags are appropriate for your post. The tags are optional in the sense a post doesn’t require one in order for the post exist (and many posts have no reason to include one) - but you have the option to flag them via tags to add additional info or focus.
