I recently installed Cubasis Elements. At first, nothing seemed wrong. But i noticed that I didn’t have any effects when I made an FX channel. When restarting the program, it also seemed that cubase was missing certain vts sounds. Anyone know what’s wrong?

Make sure you installed from the Full Installed. If you installed from a disc or an ISO images, make sure you installed even the Disc 2.
