No instruments on Groove Agent/HALion, and other things.

HI, new to forums!
Just downloaded LE to my new laptop as old one died without much warning. Managed to transfer license, etc. But I have no VST instruments on Groove Agent or HALion, Anyone know why this could be, as I had them before. Also, if I download more VST drum hits and samples, which is the best folder to put these in.
One more thing. I backed up my projects on an external HD, shall I just transfer these into the projects folder on my new laptop?

Hi and welcome,

Please try to reinstall Cubase. Make sure you:

  • Download the Full Installer.
  • Unpack the ZIP file and install from the unzipped folder.
  • Install from the setup.exe.
  • Install as administrator.
  • Install to the system (C) drive.
