I got the same error Message. I am pretty sure it is something on Steinberg side of things. My internet is working fine as well.
PROB SOLVED?
Had the same problem on Artist 10. However, today all is normal again, I did not change anything, it just resolved by itself.
I fail to understand, but I trust Cubase, it always falls on its feet.
Must’ve been Steinberg. All is well.
