"No Internet Connection detected" Steinberg news

The news and tutorials section of my Cubase interface has said “no internet connection detected” for the last few months, so I don’t see any news or updates.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’ve seen other posts that say you can fix this by installing the latest eLicenser control center software and do the maintenance with the eLCC set to run as administrator.

updating the elicenser fixed the hub connection. I could not update through the cubase application, but had to update from the web page. I was able to update from my version of the elicenser if I clicked on the “here” link when the page was trying to redirect.
