did a request on earlier cubase FR forum.
now that Cubendo 10 is here,please make it possible already,reaper does it (no hiccups on anything even during recording,you can add/remove tracks insert etc…) now avid did it with protools 2019 (during playback only)
its time that modern DAWs won’t interrupt sound while adding/removing tracks insert,routing etc… cubendo even interrupts when assign sends 
you have to figure out how to do it steiny
